Stevlynn Stands Up!
So Stevlynn decided one day before we lowered the playpen that she was a big girl and had wanted to peek out of her playpen and see what we were doing.
She tried for a few times and then somehow got hold of the top bar of the playpen and VIOLA!!! She managed to pull herself up.
Excited mummy of course got the camera out (since its her first and I always have the camera on standby) and snapped some pictures.
She stood for a good 5 minutes whilst we just stood away and started talking to her and cheering her on; wanting to see if she will get excited and forget to hold unto the bar but i guess she was smarter - didn't let go.
She then decided enough's enough no more fun and that she was tired and sat down, proceeded to lay down on her bed.
Stevlynn's learnt something new.
Whenever she wants to get ur attention or wants something from you and 'pretends' to be a girly sweetie pie, she will tilt her head to either her right or left and then give you the BIGGEST smile; showing her 2 bottom teeth.
Won't that melt your heart?
She will also learn to imitate - when we tilt our head to the right she will do a mirror image and tilt to her left. when she change sides, she will do the same too!
New food on her menu - FISH!!!
She has so far taken silver fish, cod fish & salmon - and to no surprise of us (cuz she's greedy) she liked every single bit of it!
She's beginning to get more active each day, and i've realized that she's losing some of her Michelin tyres on her arms. Not that she has lost it all, but her arms are slightly leaner.
So the boys and us are going to universal studios on the 17th! which happens to mark Stevlynn's 8 months old!!!
She's indeed a big girl now, no longer my tiny little baby.
