Stevlynn's 1st White Pearly
Mummies always tell me that when the teeth start coming out to watch for signs like crankiness, fussiness, fever, drooling, waking up in the middle of the night etc etc.
According to baby books, the FIRST little white pearlies start appearing anytime from 4 to 6 months - so i've been watching for these signs for the past weeks (or being the KS me, since she turned 4 months old) and NOTHING.
I was greeted by my helper with 'Mdm, BB has tooth!' when i stepped into the gate and true enough, there was her FIRST white pearlie on her lower gum - the lower central incisor to be exact :D
Well we can't see it clearly but we can feel it, it's definitely OUT!!!
So my baby girl isn't that small a baby girl anymore, she has teeth!
And MORE to come :)
On a funnier note, Stevlynn usually has her dinner cereal with us at the dining table so that she's part of the dinner family (yes we still make it a point to have dinner together)
So as usual she was having dinner with us, and on this particular night, there was only Grandmummy YEN, Daddy & Mummy
and she was displaying signs she was sleepy - her eyelids couldn't keep open
and then in a spilt second of swallowing her food, her eyelids close her head drooped for a second and then she realized she was falling asleep and woke up straight with a astonished look on her face - too funny!
We laughed cuz of what she did, and she gave us a bizarre look as though 'what are you laughing at' and started laughing at us
All when we were laughing at her!
Bring tears to my eyes
And yes indeed, my baby Stevlynn is growing up.
And i look forward to seeing more of what she can do with us everyday :)
The joys she bring, she was the baby we were waiting for - happy baby, that brings us joy each day
