Well the story starts by Stevlynn starting on solids.
And as many mummies would already know, this also means changes in poo patterns of babies
and also the woes of constipation
Stevlynn's poo pattern before her start on solids was twice a day, usually in the mornings.
After we started her on rice cereal, it then changed to once every 2 days with a sticky playdough like consistency (which was fine for me)
Until one day she went on a poo strike and didn't poo for 3 days (okay, i'm a first time mum, let me be alarmed)
Time to time, she would be like seen to be trying to 'force' the poo out but unsuccessfully and each time we change her diapers the 1st question that everybody would ask is 'has she poo?'
So we simply gave up waiting, nothing worked. Giving water, prune juice.
Ready to bring her to the doctor after work.
So she drank her milk, ate her cereal and we wanted to change her.
I was downstairs preparing her carrot puree so SS & maid went up to change her.
And then i heard on the phone's intercom 'Ladies & Gentlemen, Stevlynn has poo!'
& we all laughed
And yes, it was a big bag of poo!
