[lost from civilisation]
i feel lost from civilisation, as wat my customer said last night, i work @ tai seng and its an egg-less area, as a result, ive transformed from the chic uptown girl to a kampung ger *grrr, can you believe it?*
but there are times i do feel like that
i wonder why pple, other than me, like to hang out in town, when i usually dread going there, for i end up seeing an endless stretch of people
other than the times i go down to buy my LVs and Gucci; of which i usually surf at home and decide, run down to pick it up and zoom off...
i dun know why but i hate to be in a place full of pple
so maybe thats why u rarely see me in clubs?
it feels to me tens and hundreds of pple attempting to gain some space in a constraint area.
i prefer endless patches of fields, endless open spaces and endless skies.
well that's just probably me!
Dinner was so last minute last night, with a call from my customer who happened to be in town for my dreaded QBR *phew thank god its over* and asked us for dinner
at like 545pm! *damn, i shldn't have returned the missed call*
[there was no way in hell i was able to squirm my way outta it, and nice Celine took pity on me and came along with me *we were 2 dead tired gers*
We went to this place called 'oosh' in Dempsey, super nice!!!
We had drinks by a water feature, the feeling's damn cosy, and the company was good.
*did i ever mentioned that i prefer entertaining caucasians than asian customers? somehow they're more entertaining to chit chat and casual talk as compared to asians? I guess thats why they communicate better...*
After that, dinner was a funny combo, of japanese food and pizzas *dun ask me why*
The restaurant was called Yen's Dining *HAHA, i finally found MY restaurant*
but the funny combo tasted super duper good!!!
And as a result? Celine and I had to miss the last episode of this hongkong drama we've been wanting to watch *grrr* luckily for me, SS managed to get somebody to record it for me. Yippee... Else, ill end up following the show for nothing!
I went home a lil fearful, for i had a lil too much to drink, and was dead tired...
Even the cool breeze couldn't help me stay awake!
The drive home was not of the usual feeling of tiredness, but one of peace *god knows why?* and ready to hit the sacks.
Xiaobai was adorned by the customers and colleagues, and they had good fun in it. so did Xiaobai had a good time, parked in between porsches and lambos...
